2. Mô tả công việc
- Take a user-centered approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
- Identify UX problems and help create elegant solutions
- Collaborate across design, engineering, and product teams within an Agile environment
- Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Create effective, professional UI designs
- Participate in the design and execution of user research studies
- Work with and contribute to organization's Design System
- Keep up to date with modern trends and industry best practices
- Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience

3. Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience creating digital products and web apps.
- Team spirit, strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Good time-management skills.
- Portfolio of UX design projects attached is a must (this profile can demonstrate your UX process & thinking).
- Knowledge of wireframe, prototype tools as Figma
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus
